INGREDIENTS

Joselito loin (54%), puff pastry (21%) (wheat flour, vegetable oils, water, lemon juice and salt), mushroom duxelle (16%) (mushrooms, liquid cream, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper) (sulphites), bacon (7%) and pasteurized liquid egg.

Contains: Gluten, egg, milk and its derivatives (including lactose) and sulfites).

CONSERVACIÓN

Conservar en el congelador a -18º. Una vez descongelado se puede conservar en la nevera durante un máximo de 24h. Si el producto se descongela consúmalo, nunca lo vuelva a congelar.

PREPARATION

  1. Defrost previously in the refrigerator for 24 hours
  2. Remove the cardboard packaging and the plastic tray
  3. Preheat the oven to 150º, dry and with a fan
  4. Place the Wellington in the oven for 40 minutes and check that the puff pastry does not acquire too much color
